According to authorities from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), more charging stations for EVs will be installed in Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, and along national roads.
An MSEDCL spokesperson confirmed that a power app is being used to deliver services to EV users. Customers may get information regarding charging station locations, charging times, power units utilized, wallet payment methods and balances, and more within this app.
There are now 15 charging stations in the Pune zone. Under the state’s e-vehicle policy, MSEDCL is in charge of coordinating the installation of charging stations for EVs. MSEDCL has been boosting its efforts to install high-tech charging stations and to offer fast power connections to newly constructed charging stations in response to the growing popularity of electric vehicles.
